Dr. Sasan Iraji, MD, CCFP
​Dr. Iraji graduated in the UK, where he spent a few years as an orthopedic resident before eventually switching to family practice.

He has been practicing in Canada since 2019, with a special interest in urgent care, family medicine, chronic conditions, and minor injuries.

Dr. Roxanna Rivetna, MD, ND
Dr. Roxanna Rivetna is both a Family Medicine and Naturopathic Doctor.

After completing her family medicine residency in the US, she moved to Windsor where she started the first combined medical and naturopathic practice in Canada, and happily served her patients there for 9 years, before moving back to the GTA with her family.
Dr. Rivetna is also an adjunct professor at the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, and enjoys educating and empowering others through knowledge.

Dr. Keivan Radkhah, MD, CCFP
Dr. Radkhah is a highly experienced family medicine physician with a distinguished medical career spanning 27 years.
Graduating from Tehran University of Medical Sciences, he holds credentials from both the Iranian National Board of Urology and the Canadian Board of Family Medicine, with 15 years of specialized practice in urology and a decade of dedicated family medicine practice.

Dr. Vaibhav Tripathi, MD, CCFP
Dr Tripathi completed his medical degree and family medicine specialty training in the UK. Having practiced in the UK for 7+ years as a family physician, he brings with him refreshing enthusiasm and passion for the profession.

Delivering tailored, personalised and holistic healthcare to his patients and a firm believer in “prevention is better than cure” philosophy. He has vast experience in acute and chronic disease management spanning across multiple specialties, as well as tackling minor injuries, and performing minor surgical procedures.

Dr. Ali Mahmoudi, MD, FRCSC
Dr. Mahmoudi completed his post-graduate training at the University of Ottawa as an Orthopedic Surgeon, with sub‑specialization in upper/lower extremity reconstruction and trauma from the University of Toronto.
His expertise is in the treatment of shoulder/spine/foot injuries, arthritis, sport related injuries, as well as surgical interventions for carpal tunnel and trigger finger and knee/hip/shoulder reconstruction surgery.
Adult Endocrinologist
Dr. Shabnam Nasserifar, MD
Dr. Shabnam Nasserifar is double board certified in Canada and the USA.
Her areas of interest span general endocrinology, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, pituitary and adrenal disorders in addition to weight management. She is passionate about providing detailed and high quality care to her patients
Allergy and Immunology
Dr. Arian Ghassemian, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Ghassemian completed her medical degree at Queen’s University. She then completed Internal Medicine and Sub‑Specialty medicine training at Western University.
She enjoys the impact that allergists can have on the lives of their patients, whether its diagnosing, treating, or even de‑labelling allergies. She will be performing in office diagnostic tests such as skin testing or discuss oral challenges with her patients as indicated.

Dr. Daryoush Gharghi, MD, MSc, FRCPC, ABPN
Dr Gharghi has completed his master’s degree in Human Cognitive Neuroscience at McGill University in Montreal, Adult Neurology residency at the University of Toronto and his fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology & Epilepsy at the University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, Ohio.
In addition to managing individuals with general neurological conditions, he has special interest in epilepsy, clinical neurophysiology (EEG and Evoked Potentials), vestibular neurophysiological assessment for individuals with dizziness, cognitive neurology.

Dr. Aref Rajabi, MD
Dr. Aref Rajabi is a neurologist with over a decade of experience in the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders. He has worked in university-affiliated hospitals and private clinics, bringing a broad range of clinical experience, including prior practice in Iran. He has successfully completed the Neurology board examinations of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Rajabi provides comprehensive care for a wide range of neurological conditions, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, seizures, headaches, dizziness, stroke, inflammatory disorders of the nervous system, and neuromuscular disorders. He also performs nerve conduction studies (NCS) and electromyography (EMG).
Pediatrician, Neonatologist
Dr. Hamid Mehdizadeh‑Hakak, MD
Dr. Hakak successfully completed his Pediatric residency in 2002 in Iran, followed by a fellowship in Neonatology at University of Ottawa, ON, Canada in 2018. He started working as Pediatrician and Neonatologist in New Brunswick. His expertise lies in managing children with various conditions.
Dr Hakak brings more than 13 years of Pediatric and Neonatal Intensive Care to our rapidly growing practice. He is passionate about pediatric medicine and is looking forward to providing quality care to the patients in our community.

Dr. Nadya B. Mehdi, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Mehdi is an Internal Medicine physician dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, metabolic health, cardiovascular risk reduction, and preventive medicine.

Nephrologist
Dr. Nazanin Noori, MD, PhD, FRCPC
Dr. Noori is a highly experienced nephrologist with extensive expertise in both inpatient and outpatient kidney care. She graduated from Iran University of Medical Sciences, where she also completed a PhD, followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Kidney Disease at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She subsequently completed her Internal Medicine residency at McGill University and her Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Noori provides comprehensive care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, including glomerulonephritis, electrolyte disorders, and kidney stone disease. She has a particular clinical interest in the management of resistant hypertension and diabetic kidney disease, with a focus on evidence-based, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Seta is a dedicated physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Brunel University in London. She specializes in neurological care and currently works in the Neurology Unit at Sunnybrook Hospital. With international experience across acute, post-surgical, chronic, and outpatient settings, Seta combines clinical expertise with a passion for research and rehabilitation. She empowers patients through education, promoting active recovery and long-term injury prevention.
